Yoga is an integral part of my personal path, I teach from experience and from the heart. I support deep self-awareness through breath, sound and movement and believe your body and your breath are your primary guides. I believe there is a unique yoga for every person. We begin wherever you are, whether you are new to yoga or have a regular practice, come join me to deepen and grow your practice. I love working with the deeply releasing experience of Yin Yoga, and whether in Yin or with any style I teach, I encourage the balance of form and flow. I support finding expansion from the fluidity of stillness and aliveness.

Healer Leslie Blackburn will guide you through a yummy Yin Yoga practice from a place of breath and body awareness. Acclaimed electric violinist Dixon will perform his interstellar and inspiring music live throughout. These will be very deep and powerful yoga sessions!
All levels are welcome! Whether you are brand new to yoga or have a regular practice join us for this healing, stress relieving practice. Yin Yoga is about sinking deeply into poses for longer periods of time, safely stretching connective tissue, letting go and creating space in the body. Afterwards experience a feeling of relaxed lightness and peace.
